a sargent called me and said that i went to the casino 4 weeks ago. i am on the disassociated list. he asked me to come back to the casino and he well only issue me a citation for trespassing and that i can take care of it by mail. am i save to go back or will he arrest me?
Answer
The person that called you probably wasn't a legitimate police officer. No officer would ask you to commit trespassing so they could cite you for it. I do not recommend that you go the casino.
