How are the "FL Agriculture Inspections" required for private citizens? For example you buy a van that doesn't have seats, you own a cargo trailer or rent a box truck all for personal use. Although you have nothing to do with the agriculture industry and have a standard driver license all of a sudden your now required to consent to a agriculture inspection.
I travel a lot and I have only been subjected to this in FL mainly at the state lines. There's also a few within the state. So in theory if your sole vehicle was a van that they deem to be a "cargo van" you would constantly be subjected to these inspections. How is that legal? Or does driving on state roads grant them access?
