Is it enough that you disclose that the property is on a zero lot line or do you have to also say that there is easemnet on the property?

Disclosing an easement seems very necessary. Some easements show up in the public records; some don't. Some easements were created for some reason that is long obsolete and will never be used; others are current hotbeds of activity. There is a legal duty to disclose anything you know about that might affect the useability, desirability or value of your property, and easements rank rather high on the list.
