I defaulted on a loan to CashCall. An attorney is trying to get the money from me. Is there any way I can get a reduced settlement and affordable payments? The payment they want is too high for me.

You can always try and negotiate with the attorney. Bankruptcy may be another option you may consider. Contact a local bankruptcy attorney to see if you qualify for filing a Chapter 7 and getting you debt discharged. Good luck!
