Question

I have custody of my daughter. Her father lives out of state and we have a court order for summer visitation. It states that dates must be confirmed by a certain date. If he does not make any effort to confirm the dates does he forfeit his summer visit? If not can I then pick the dates she goes?

Answer

Probably not but the order probably says what happens if he doesn't. Most likely you would get to pick which week YOU want to have the children.
