I agree with Attorney Linder, but I don't understand the connection you are trying to make. Did the alleged hit and run happen in close proximity timewise to the alleged drinking and driving offense? If not (for example, if they were weeks, or even days, apart), then I don't see the connection, or why one event would impact the other.
