Hello I currently have a child support order that has been in place since 2008 currently my ex is in the arrears in the amount of 24k the case is with DCSE. We've been to court several times and he was ordered to pay a portion of the arrears by November 9th, 2014. My ex keeps sending me text messages and calling my cellphone telling me that if I send him naked pictures of myself that he will pay the money sooner than the date the courts gave him. Can I sue him for trying to extort me? I don't even knew if that's the correct term but he's being an ass and I just want him to stop because is degrading and immature.
