I just received a Notice of Default and Intent to accelerate. I want to pay what I owe...I do not want to foreclose. My question is do I have to pay so many fees? There is a 395.00 bankruptcy fee, what is that?

Review the charges with the entity making them OR hire an attorney and review them. Hard to answers questions without seeing the bills or having the papers to review.
