I was told today that somebody at social services shared some of my information to the INS, I never gave my permision to the worker to do that and now INS wants me to contact them, what should I do? Thank you for your answer in advance!

I have no idea why USCIS would be contacting you, just based on the little information you have provided. However, you should hire an experienced Immigration Attorney to assist you with this matter, before you speak with anyone at USCIS.
