can an ex control that my gf is around my kids. she also has an ex bf she still dates and he is a convicted drug dealer that served time. can i also make it to where he cant be around my kids at all?

I strongly recommend both of you consult a mediator to work through this situation. Taking it to court means a judge has to make a decision, after a short presentation of the facts, that you both may not like.
