How long can a trust remain open in Arizona ? My wife's mother passed on December 12, 2012. She is the executor to the estate which has one home remaining within that trust. Eldest sister wants to sell it, all about the Benjamin's and brother wants to purchase. Problem with brother is his instability as he is in and out of Arizona's Department of Corrections and currently is incarcerated within Florence State Prison.
