I got married in 2009 and recently found out that he married somebody else 3 months before we got married. Meaning he was already married when I married him. So is our marriage valid? Im asking because I want to marry someone else. But not sure if imarried or not.

That marriage is not valid, but you have to file for invalidity of marriage still. You also need to divorce the first husband as well. We have done this a few times. We do it on flat fee and can get you done usually months quicker than you could on your own since there are a lot of steps. Give me a call if you would like to discuss it. I hope this helps.
