I got a ticket about a month ago for open container in public and today (Nov 7) was my court date. I went and my claim was not in the system and was told tonkeep calling thst it may take up to six months. When i got home from court and checked the mail i had a letter telling me the date had been changed for January. Is there anyway i can have this dropped or fight this? I was not even intoxicated or anywhere near to being. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time

Get an attorney and fight it. If you are under 21 you can lose your license for one year.
