If I was charged by police but not convinced yet of grand larceny in the 4th I used a credit card that wasn't mine with 2300$ but all the money was reversed and I can prove it , what are my chances of getting this reduced and what could it be reduced to?

The crime was completed when you charged the money. The fact that the money was reversed is good and perhaps you can get a petit larceny or even a violation but you may need a good criminal defense lawyer who will fight hard for you and do what is needed to present you in the best possible light.
