My question is can I take legal action or have any legal rights when my ex and children's father continues to put our kid's safety at risk. He rides them on the back of his Harley for a 35 mile fwy trip on a regular basis when other transportation is available. My kids are 9 & 11 ... & seeing them on the back of that bike scares me to death.

You may want to either bring a motion before the family law court or consult with CPS.
