Question

What, if anything can be done about a custodial parent not following a court ordered document of visitation to the non-custodial parent? e.g. father has court ordered document stating specific visitation times and days, mother is not wanting to comply with said order.

Answer

There are two things to do. If the order is specific, you can call the police and file visitation interference charges. At some point the local prosecutor may choose to charge the mother with a crime. The other thing that can be done is to file a Petition for Adjudication of

Indirect Civil Contempt against mother for violation of the visitation order.

Answer

Yes, file for Contempt. The Mother needs to understand that she is subject to the existing Court Order.
