I recently entered a real estate contract with Fanne Mae. Deposit paid,Contract signed by all parties. closing set for March 11, then they wanted a extention to March 31, We did sign extention, Now they are cancling the Sale contract because the deed is not in their name the title company could not transfer the Deed.

I have quit My Job of 17 yrs I had to give advanced notice of My resignation, to move to the property.

I have packed My belongings, and now have nowhere to move to.

DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS IN THIS MATTER ?
