My husband is being sued by a divorced man who claims that my husband is the father of he and his wife's 13 year old daughter child. His attorney is requesting that he meet them for a DNA test. The husband stated in the lawsuit that he wants his name removed from the birth certificate and my husband's added. What should I do.?

If the couple was married when the child was born and a court has "found" him to be the father of this child, it might be too late in Texas for him to remove his name from the birth certificate.
