I'm starting an online business. I need help with creating a terms of agreement statement that includes copyrights, we depend on the honor system and good faith uploads, term of service, privacy statement, statement stating that the document is genuine and official... also adding that we are not the owners of the documents, nor the creator. Where can I find this, and/or how could I create one? Individuals would check this box prior to uploading their document. Thanks!

You will likely need the combination of a lawyer and possibly a content writer to assist you with what you are asking for. You normally don't find something on line for what you are seeking. Even if you do, you have to be careful you are not infringing of any intellectual property they may own.
