How can I get out of a bad contract for deed as the buyer, which essentially reads as a 30 year mortgage, with no balloon? Owner will not amend in any way and home is underwater. We want to walk away buy he will not cancel. We Agreed to contract after coming out of foreclosure and entering BK.
