I have a 15 month old with my now ex boyfriend who promised me marriage and a lifetime of happiness. I told him a few months ago that I wanted to have another baby, so we began trying and were successful. Now, after I moved across the country because he wanted to live in California, he's left me with nothing but a baby and one on the way. This isn't about revenge or bitterness. This is about me inquiring as to what, if any, legal action I can take to insure the well being of my children as well as myself.
