I have just been sent a letter for negotiation of easement rights by utility company on 7 acres I own.
What is the best way to proceed in order to get the most money for granting this easement?

I agree with Mr. Moens completely. There are many pitfalls, twists and turns in granting utility easements. They could affect your ability to sell the property at a later date, or other things. Don't be pennywise....!
