I was unaware at the time we bought our house that my husband's parents formed an LLC and the house was put in the LLC's name with my husband evidently paying the "rent/mortgage" to his parents. We are now getting a divorce and the house is still in the LLCs name. How will this effect the division of assets if: A) His parents are still the owners of the LLC or B) they transferred the LLC to him?
