Judge gave me the property (house) and pay her half of the equity...and I am doing in montly payments, She have until May 31st 2014 to vacate the house as ordered by the judge.
what are my alternative and how I can I proceed in case she wont vacate the house by the due date?

You need to hire an attorney to help you.
One option is to evict her. That is normally handled in small claims court. Contact them on what they require. You must follow their instructions to the letter.
