Question

minors are teenagers (17, 13) visiting other parent for 8 years already, they do not want to continue seeing other parent, c/o of aggressive behaviour toward them.

court gave permission for us move out of state , minors do not want to continue visitation , is there any way to either stop visitation or obtain sole custody?

Answer

Minors do not decide the case. You have to file a petition for sole custody and for limited or no visitation.
