My neices and nephew were taken by CPS in Houston Texas. My husband and I live in Michigan is it possible to still get the kids and would we have rights to get them?

Generally CPS is anxious to find a family member with whom to place the children. Michigan might be a stretch. Suggest you contact them and let them know that you are available.
