Can I legally advertise a cash price and a higher owner financing price for a property I own in Missouri? I don't want to complicate the transaction with interest rates, but want to account for the greater risk of financing the property.

If you're not a realtor or broker, you may be able to make such an advertisement. But, your sales and transfer documents must still comply with the regs. And you will have tax implications, for the no interest loan
