Yes, corporations must be represented by a lawyer. The rule is found in the Florida case of: Opella vs. Bayview, Case No. 3D09-2921 (Fla. 3d DCA Nov. 24, 2010). In federal court, there is a different citation, but the rule is still the same. It is possible to find a reasonably priced attorney to represent your company if you know where to look.
