Question

I was a witness for deposition subpoena ,during a testimony I was asked to recognize my signature and my handwriting address. I recognize my signature , but not handwriting address. When I got my testimony I realize that I make mistake. What can I do now?

Answer

Send a letter to the deposition attorney and all other attorneys or parties explaining your concern, if you do not have an attorney; if you have an attorney, then go to that person first with your concern. I don't think your concern has any weight, as long as you recognized your own signature, which was the most important part of your answer to the question asked.
