Question

If I plan an event, like a bar crawl for example that encourages the consumption of alcohol, but doesn't require it; am I liable if somebody gets too drunk and injured or killed? Even if I don't provide any drinks and provide a warning. (Also the tickets for the event include 1 drink at each bar, but the drinks don't have to be alcoholic).

Answer

Google "dram shop law". Repost under criminal defense.
