Answer

You can only plead the 5th if you would incriminate YOURSELF and if you are granted immunity then you can't plead it at all. It has nothing to do with testimony against your family. With the exception of some testimont versus a spouse, you can be made to testify against family, and if you refuse you can expect to go to jail for contempt. Discuss this with the lawyer you should have already hired.

Answer

See website for info on what will happen in court: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=395

Good luck
