Is this really free or is there going to be request for payment for just asking a question?
Answer
So, you don't believe what you read as the terms of this site?? As long as it doesn't ask for your payment info, how would you think it could collect??
Post you question in the free section, or post it in the paid section, your choice.
Answer
Mr. Nelson is right. But bear in mind that the (many) lawyers who answer free questions are volunteers. On any given day, a lot of us don't have much time. Depending on what you ask, there might only be a few of us who can give you a good answer off the top of our heads. If your question is unclear or combative, many lawyers will decide to pass.
The bottom line is that, for a variety of reasons, you might not get an answer. That's also true in the paid section, but your odds are better there.
Good luck.
