My ex hasn't paid anything towards our mortgage in over two years. Hasn't lived in the house either. He now wants his name off the loan and wants me to sell the house but want half of the profit. Is he entitled to that?

It all depends on what your divorce decree says. If it did not ward the house to either of you, then it is still joint property and he is entitled to seek partition (which is what he's asking for). If was ordered to be sold, then he can ask that those provisions be enforced. I would suggest that you take your divorce decree to a food family law attorney so that they can tell you what your rights are and what his rights are.
