My neighbors were busted for operating a METH LAB I have a in home daycare, is there any legal rights I have to take action against the renters or the landlord?

Were you damaged in any way that is provable? Did you lose customers? Did you lose accreditation? Did you suffer physical harm?
Those must be answered first. Then there would be questions of the liability of the landlord knowing or should have known of the condition
