I was recently arrested because of smoking weed in public no drugs was found on me the cops just saw me but i had a pipe and a grinder on me after my fingerprints were taken they told i was being charged with s misdemeanor and that i had to go to court im currently 18 and im in the process of becoming a resident would tjis affect me becoming a resident ? Can it be erased from my record
