My ex is trying to keep my daughter away from me. He won't take her to the airport for a flight to see me at Christmas time. What rights do I have??

Whatever rights are given in your divorce decree and the accompanying possession order. If the court orders do not address this situation then it is probably time to consider modifying the possession order. However, that's unlikely to be completed before Christmas. You may have to negotiate what you can with your ex to get him to agree to take her to the airport.

Otherwise, if the current language of the court orders covers this situation and he is acting in opposition to those orders then a motion to enforce would be the appropriate action.
