My sons Father took me to court for custody he did not want any part of my sons like for the first 4 years and now he wants in. I had a lawyer and everything then he said he was going to drop the case if I let him see his son every other weekend which I did. But he did not drop the case and now i have to go to court for Motion to contempt, which i filed paper work for an extension and that did not do anything. What should I do
