I stole 700 in gift cards from target I worked there and I was charged theft in the 3rd degree and a aggregated misdemeanor and I went to the jail DoD finger prints and a mug shot but this is my first offense never been in trouble will I go to jail and if so how long Plus I have autism anxiety and flashbacks from my past will they look at that I don't have a record and that I have a disabilities and don't always understand what I'm doing
