You say in an "Divorce Agreement" or "Spousal Support Agreement" you can not go after the other party for "Contempt of Court" that it is frivolous. After the Agreements were signed by both parties the Judge writes out a "Court Order" of the Agreements. How can this be frivolous if the other party agrees and then doesn't keep his agreement and knowingly does this and I can prove "Intent" and a "Pattern"?

You can bring contempt proceedings against someone for violating a court order. You cannot bring contempt proceedings against someone for violating an agreement. There is a distinction between a court order and an agreement.
