My child's father is wanting to have my child by himself at times to himself and I do not trust she would be safe with him. He is threatening to get the coos involved if I do not let him get her by himself . he can see her I told him he can come see her or we can meet him so she is still with me . but he had not seen her but maybe twice since we split up and is not responsible

He really can't get the cops involved/they won't do anything. But you need to file for custody and get an order. Until there is a custody order...he has equal rights to the child that you do.
