Question

Can a farmer be sued do to someone shooting themselves on their ground? Does the ground have to be leased in order for some to sue?

Answer

As written your question is difficult to understand. I mean no disrespect, but if you don't take the time to write a clear question (especially on a free Q&A legal service) then you cannot expect busy lawyers to take the time and try to figure out what it is you are asking. That said anyone can be sued for anything; although being successful at it is a much more difficult proposition. If you are asking if a hunter can sue the land owner for an injury or death resulting from a gunshot wound for simply being on someone else's land I would say the chances of that case being successful are slim. My opinion may be completely different after I would have the opportunity to sit down face-to-face and to interview you. More facts are necessary to provide any valuable advice so I would warn you against reading too much into what I have said.
