Question

The opposing collections Attorney told that Judge that he wanted the order only on one of the defendants as the other defendant had already cooperated with him on wage garnishments. The Judge clearly mentioned in her ruling that the collections have to done on all defendants.

I have proof that wage garnishments are being executed only against me and not the other defendant all though the Attorney again recent stood in court and told the Judge that he was collecting from all defendants and he had the proof.

I have proof that he is not garnishing wages of the other defendant.

Would like to know if I have any options when I know the Attorney is misrepresenting in court to get what he wants

Answer

call me if you want an attorney to help. i have fought against a lot of collections attorneys this year.
