my husband and i are going through a divorce. I moved out of our loft we purchased and just recently found out he has put it up for sale. Can he legally do that without my consent? both of our names are on the deed

If you properly served him with a summons and divorce petition then he is subject to the automatic restraining orders on the back of the summons, which are supposed to order him not to sell property without court permission.
