My landlord obtained an eviction of me in court. I was able find a way to pay all the back rent and stayed. Since that eviction/judgement is still on file with the courts if I'm late again what process do they have to follow to get an an eviction? I can't pay my rent until the 12th which is after their drop dead date of the 10th. How long will I have before they can lock up my apartment on me?
