if CPS removed my son from my ex husbands care. can I fight for him even though CPS has been involved in my case before. I had voluntarily find over right temporarily well they investigated they eventually backed out of the investigation all together and place them in my ex husbands care and he and I battled it out in court. I just want to know if I can fight with CPS to get him back if he is now removed from my ex husbands care because now he is under investigation.
