Question

My husband's ex-wife moved out of state and is refusing to let him talk to their kids (just not answering her cell). We don't have the money to hire an attorney, but make too much for legal aid. What can we do, so he can talk to his kids?

Answer

If the Court order doesn't require her to let him talk to the children on the telephone, then she can get away with playing these kinds of games.

Did the decree/most recent order contain a geographic restriction?
