hello! I sold the couch through the craiglist. The couch was heavy. I told the buyer she needs help. She refused my advise. Came to my house with her brother. During the moving they completly broke the natural wood's desk. Promise to pay me the fee for the damage later. Now, she refuse to pay the damage. Can i file a claim against her?

See if they have renter's or homeowner's insurance and make a claim for property damage against their policy. What is the cost of the wood desk? If it's several thousand dollars, it may be worthwhile to get a lawyer involved.
