i took a limousine to a dealer shop, when i picked up the limo there was about $10,000 worth of damages done to the interior. The shop says they will not pay for any of the damages

If you have adequate evidence that the damages did not exist before you took the car to the shop, then it seems like a slam dunk. Auto shops can sometimes be difficult to deal with and unless you take legal action), they will not respond.
