In probate, the final accounting is in, you have 30 day to object, if you mail I your objection in Florida are you allowed an extra 5 days for mailing? I am objecting and have some challenges, so I need to know if I'm allowed an extra 5 days. Thank you.
Answer
Most pleadings are allowed to have 5 additional days for mailing. If you know the date when due, why will you be late? Just file it on time. If you need to amend your objection you can do that later.
