Is it considered CONTESTING a will or trust to propose a buy out NOW if one is concerned re the administration of the estate/trust? The executor resigned due to a conflict with one of the sisters...big mess

If you are not contesting the contents of the will or trust and simply asking to be bought out, no, I would not agree that you are contesting the will or trust.
